The Aspire Flexus Stik vape kit is perfect for vapers that want ease of use and a longer battery life. It features a 1200mAh battery, which far outlasts its predecessors, so you spend more time vaping. Plus, with an output range of 12 - 18W and the two Aspire AF coils in the box, you’ll experience an authentic MTL (Mouth To Lung) inhale no matter which one you choose.

With the Flexus Stik you have the choice to either use the fire button (on the bottom) or the inhale activation feature. That means, if you want a more intuitive feel when you vape, all you need to do is inhale on the mouthpiece. When you do, your device will create an MTL vape with a discreet amount of vapour and a cigarette-like feel. As well as that, the three power settings give you control of the vapour production.

The included Aspire Flexus Stik pod has a 2ml capacity and is easy to fill up. Simply remove the pod from your device and pull out the silicone stopper on the bottom to reveal the e-liquid inlet. The 0.6 Ohm coil creates more vapour than the 1.2 Ohm version, but both have a mesh build, which means they deliver a more intense flavour by heating up the e-liquid faster. They’ll also both deliver the best results when used with a 50/50 or high PG e-liquid.

We have a standard 1-3 day dispatch policy on all orders, subject to terms & conditions. Some of our products display a more refined dispatch window, however these are still held to our standard 1-3 day policy.

We have a standard 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@rollingrefills.co.uk who will be happy to help. We'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returned items must be received within 14 days of the return request being accepted. If an item is not received within this timeframe, we will no longer be able to accept it.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can elevate the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with our customer care team at contact@rollingrefills.co.uk if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale / discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer exchanges on our products. Please open a return request with our customer care team at contact@rollingrefills.co.uk. Once returned, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your item, we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, we will automatically refund you to your original payment method.
