Dispatch & Preparation Times
We have a standard 1-3 day dispatch policy on all orders, subject to terms & conditions. Some of our products display a more refined dispatch window, however these are still held to our standard 1-3 day policy.
If you require your order sooner, please contact us. We will try our best to get you your order when you need it.
We aim to dispatch all in stock orders placed before 2pm on the same day.
30-Day Returns

We have a standard 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact our customer care team at contact@rollingrefills.co.uk who will be happy to help. When your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returned items must be received within 14 days of the return request being accepted. If an item is not received within this timeframe, we will no longer be able to accept it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can elevate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale / discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer exchanges on our products. Please open a return request with our customer care team at contact@rollingrefills.co.uk. Once returned, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, we will automatically refund you to your original payment method.
