Back Order Policy
Some of our products may be flagged as on “back order” you will know this by a line of text that reads “This item is on back order! Order now, and we'll ship your items as soon as we have them in stock.” What this means is that we currently do not have the item in our inventory but it is available with our suppliers. Ordering an item that is flagged as “back order” means your order and payment will be processed and your item will be shipped as soon as it is back in stock.
As soon as we receive your order we will make sure to ship the item at the earliest possible time (usually within 10 days) However if this is not possible we will contact you via your available contact methods to arrange either a replacement or refund.
You have the right to request a refund for the full order at any time, to do this please contact us via the help centre.
Please note orders that contain both “back order” and in stock items will be held until the “back order” products are in stock. If you need the in stock items earlier then please make a separate order for these items.
